The IGBC Green Homes® rating system is designed primarily for buildings with 35 or more units (?). That the boutique property Avant Garde One with only nine units has voluntarily sought and won IGBC ‘Gold’ certification is a testament to the abiding commitment to sustainability of its parent company Avant Garde Homes.
